Fill out all sections of the form below then click the submit button. Your final confirmation will be sent via e-mail. A 50 percent deposit is due upon receipt of confirmation of room reservation. JLR must receive final payment two weeks prior to event. No reservation will be finalized without receipt of payment. A copy of your liability insurance must be filed with us no later than two weeks prior to the event. Please note that you must pay the entire balance at time of confirmation if your event takes place less than one week of your reservation request.

Event Details

Please note:  Arrival time is the time you need to be in the room to setup for your event. Departure Time is the time you plan to leave the venue and accounts for clean up time. The hours of rental will need to adhere to the CCL's operating hours. 

You will not be billed for the first 30 minutes and the last 30 minutes of your rental time as they are provided for set up and clean up purposes.
