To request volunteers from Quick Impact: 1. Please complete the Quick Impact Community Request for Volunteer Assistance Form 30-90 days prior to your event or project date. We can generally accommodate shorter time periods but the sooner we are made aware of your volunteer needs, the more successful we can be in completing your entire request. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific number of volunteers for any event. 2. If we determine that we can proceed with your request, we will send a description of your organization and volunteer needs to our team via an invite through the Quick Impact SignUp Genius, which enables our team members to reserve a shift assignment for your event. Your organizational contact will be copied on this invitation so you may actively view the live state of your volunteer request at any time. Through this, you will be able to see how many volunteers have signed up for each shift for your event. Please check the Quick Impact SignUp Genius periodically as the volunteer listing will continue to change up until the event date. 3. The Quick Impact SignUp Genius will also include the name and email address of each volunteer that has signed up for a shift in case you need to contact them with additional information (directions, parking information, volunteer check-in, etc.) prior to the event date, if that information has not already been provided.
